Ezswap is an AI-powered face swap platform that allows users to generate face-swapped images, videos, or GIFs using uploaded content. The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or adjust service offerings in the future, with prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibility

  • Account Registration: Some features may require creating an account.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content Rights and License

  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the images, videos, and other materials you upload ("User Content"). You also generally retain rights to the outputs generated via the Service, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
  • Service License: You grant Ezswap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, process, reproduce, and display your input and generated content solely for operating, maintaining, protecting, and improving the Service.

You agree not to use Ezswap to create, upload, or distribute content that is:

  • Harmful Content: Malware, viruses, or code intended to disrupt or damage systems or data.
  • Adult or Restricted Content: Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material; any content involving the sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited.
  • Deceptive/Harassment: Content intended to impersonate others, defame, harass, deceive, or cause harm; deepfakes used for fraud, political manipulation, or misinformation.
  • Sensitive Use: Content using biometric identifiers or likenesses without proper consent; government IDs, medical, or other highly sensitive information.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Ezswap makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or suitability of outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs and for any use thereof.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform elements excluding User Content—including branding, interface design, logos, and underlying software—are the intellectual property of Ezswap and are protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth in these Terms. You may not reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code where prohibited by law.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Third-Party Services
